Duplication is different from replication. The difference is chemical and in the end compatability. Duplicated disks are copies onto DVD-R media whereas replicated discs are chemically made from a glass master. These 'chemical' DVDs are true DVD , meaning they are 100% compatabile with all DVD set-top players. Duplicated disks suffer from a variable ratio of playback problems.
Depending on the filmmakers distribution scenario we would either duplicate short orders in-house or replicate larger orders (over 500 disks) through our fantastic and reliable outsources. Both options include thermal or silkscreen printed full color DVD disks in a variety of packages (glass cases, plastic covers, straight to mail, speciality). Choose Protoactive.

1000 DVDs - $1780 includes 1000 full 4-color printing DVD-5 replicated disks packed in amery cases, shrinkwrapped and shipped to your door. Each disk has silkscreen printing, shrinkwrapped Amery case with a full color insert.
The only additional charges would be for film positives for the DVD print ($30 each color) and/or shipping modifications. The quote of $1780 assumed 3rd day Express Fed Ex.
1000 DVDs - $900 includes 1000 full 4-color printing DVD-5 replicated disks on spools of 100. No casing. This special does not have shipping added and is a barebones offer.
Client may hire Protoactive to do Authoring as well for current authoring rates .
